Time management. I haz it.

So what you guys do over the weekend? Me? Oh dude, I did some crazy shit. Let me break it down for you.

As you guys might have known; I have moved out of my previous place away from the crazy fucker that I used to live with. Yes, yes I am aware that I have not blogged about the fuckery that went on there that led to my departure. Reason is I can’t. Not cause I cannot…but because I get really pissed off whenever I tell the story. My loathing for him will never end even till my final breath. Worthless piece of shit. I now live in an off-campus student accommodation. Incidentally I now have 2 Malaysian girls as housemates. One is 25, postgrad student and this is her last sem in uni. Graduating beginning of next year. I am so jealous. The other one is a total stoner. Her room reeks of chronic. I could get high just walking past her door. But other then that, they are awesome. Postgrad likes to cook. A lot. I have only cooked twice ever since I moved in here in June. Woman print stuff off the net and cook everything. Stoner, other then being stoned half the time, have single handedly provided ample drama for me in this house. Woman have an equally stoner boyfriend with a temper. You can hear them fight almost every night cause they throw things around and then there will be silence cause they would be making out while smoking some of that shit and then later….well later you’ll hear her screams again. But different kind of screams…..If you get what I’m sayin. It’s always the same routine.

Fight. Smoke. Fuck.

I’ve gotten used to it.

So it was last Friday night and we decided that we’ll have a Scary Movie marathon in the living room. Scary Movie as in the stupid Scary Movies franchise with the stupid boob jokes and disgusting toilet scenes, not actual scary movies, mind you. By the time we finished watching the whole thing it was about 3 in the morning so I went to sleep and woke up at 7am cause I have a Career seminar at 8am Saturday morning. Fucking thing was 8 hours long from 8am to 4pm. Fucker. But I went for it cause it was free and they gave tips for resume writing, cover letters, interview tips, etc. Bla bla bla. It was boring as fuck. I went alone too cause none of my friends could be bothered to wake up that early on a Saturday morning.

Did I learn anything out of it? Barely.

Was it a total waste of time? Good God yes.

Did my ass went flat after 8 hours of sitting down? Unfortunately.

Last fucking seminar I ever went to. Came home round 4.30 and I was like “Okay, I’m gonna sleep. Fuck this shit.” Around 9pm my friend called and she’s like “We’re going clubbing tonight.” And I was like “Dude, I’m tired.” And she was like “I just broke up with-the-asshole-that-was-formerly-my-boyfriend. We’re going clubbing. I need to get drunk. I need you.” What do you say to that? Fuck man. So 11pm, Saturday night, tired and hungry I stood in line outside a club in the city. Felt like shit but at least I looked awesome in a purple dress and my 4 inch heels. Got in and forgot all about how tired I was. Just as I was going to score some free drinks from random horny dudes my phone rang and it was my other friend.

“I’m picking you up at 9.30 at your place tomorrow ya?”

“What?”

“Tomorrow CD. We’re going to a water park remember? We made plans about a week ago?”

“Oh shit.”

“Where are you? Are you clubbing? But we made plans. You promised….”

“Don’t worry. I’ll be there.

Fuck. Completely forgotten about the waterpark. Completely. Motherfucker. And then instead of doing the prudent thing and you know…go home. I ended up dancing in my 4 inch heels till they on the lights at 4 something in the morning. Talk about fucking your own self. We stumbled outside the club and we’re like okay “We need a cab. My feet hurt. Jesus!” and then someone shouted my friend’s name and it turn out it was her friend. They talked and I stood there with the rest of the group, barefooted cause my feet hurt too much and the guy was like hey “I can give you guys a ride. There’s only 4 of you. No big.” So there I was, barefooted on the sidewalk, mascara running down my face as it started drizziling a bit and I made a new friend- with a car- at daybreak. Could have been worst. He dropped me off at my place round 5 and I stumbled out of the car, into my room, into the shower and at the first blast of the shower, I tought I was going to crumpled onto the floor. I remember thinking “OMG!! I’m gonna drown! In my own shower! The irony.” But I didn’t. Did more stumbling into bed and I thought that was it.

Could have been minutes really when the phone rang. And my friend on the other line was going “Are you awake? We’re on our way to your place. Be there in 15 minutes!” Woman sounded too damn cheerful for a damn Sunday morning. I rolled out of bed, fell onto the floor- hurt like a mofo- and got dressed. Of course I could not find my swimsuit. Of course. When I need to hurry that’s when all kinds of shit go missing. But found it I did, wore it and put on a cover up and then just started throwing shit into my bag. Towel. Sunblock. Shampoo. DVD. Eh wait the fuck do I need a DVD? Honestly do not know. The next time my phone rang I was already out of front door.

Most intense Sunday morning I ever had. But I made it. I made it yo. That alone was a feat on its own. There was fucking kids everywhere at the water park. I wanted to kick them all. Fucking kids. I hate kids. At least it turn out to be fun that day. I think I might have like lost 4 kilos as well. You try climbing 8 flights of stairs carrying a big ass tube. Those things look light but they’re not bitches. They’re not. The whole day was full of standing in line, climbing flight of stairs and then hurling myself down huge ass slides and then screaming my ass off. A bit of tips ladies: When going to a water park DO NOT, under any circumstance wear a halter neck bikini top/swimsuit cause your boob will pop out coming down the slides. That’s all I have to say on that. That’s all. Fuck y’all if I’m going to say anything more on that.

We left the water park when it closes at 5pm and would you know it. I forgot to bring a change of clothes. Fabulous. So I had to wear the semi-wet cover up and instead of going home straight away, my friends just have to go for dinner. So we went and we chatted and the next thing I know it was 10ish at night. My entire body ached. I was so exhausted I wanted to die. Got home round 11pm and I didn’t even showered the second time. Got into bed still wearing my swimsuit and my hair drenched with chlorine. I never understand the saying “Tired to my bones”. After that weekend, I do. Oh good God, I do.

The on Monday…..on Monday I went to court.

Chill. It was for my Media Law class. Case study for a paper regarding defamation and libel in journalism. Fucking court case was at 8am. I had to wake up at 5ish cause I have to take 2 buses to court. What a bitch. I would love to talk more bout the case but I am not at liberty to divulge the information pertaining the case. Some ethical fuckery. What do I care. I just need the stuff for my paper. And that was the end of my crazy ass weekend.

And no, I dunno how I did it either. All I know is that my body still aches, my feet still hurts and I’m going clubbing again tomorrow night. This is indeed, the party phase of my life.

Meh

First day of the new semester starts tomorrow.

But yet I have been gone out all day.

I went to a wedding. Met with highschool friends. Talked for like 5 hours.

Then I went to a party and I dance, and flirted and do unseemly stuff that I would not state on my blog (lest it comes and haunt me and the proceed to kick me in the ass).

It's 1 in the morning.

First class at 8 am.

This does not bode well.

08.08.08

Hey I have a question for you. Where were you on the 8th of 8th of 2008? You know a date that would only come in another century? Wait...oh you were at home? Watching the Opening Ceremony of the Beijing Olympics? Oh you had dinner with the family too? Fed your pet fish? Also you got your hair done?.....Oh that's nice. Just swell.

Me? No, I did not managed to catch the Opening Ceremony. I heard it was nice. I'll just catch the repeat....or watch it on youTube.

Wait....why didn't I catch the Opening Ceremony....oh that's just because I was chilling out in a hammock. Under the coconut trees. Letting the sea breeze caress me from my hair to the tips of my toes like a lover that have been gone for too long. Clown fishes ate from my fingers as I fed them bread underwater. I played beach volleyball with a bunch of young virile men. I sunbathed next to hot French divers and lusted after their rock hard abs. I walked miles into the sea during low tide, when the water was so shallow that it only reaches my ankle. I made sandcastles and waited for divers to to come back to shore and tell me bout the adventures they had 20feet below the sea. I had BBQ on the beach under the moonlight. I wrote my name in the sand just to watch it washed away by the tides.

Did I mentioned that I was in
Redang for 4 days and 3 nights? Well I did. And it was lovely, just lovely.

Mah bukkit! You be stealin mah bukkit!

Dude, Langkawi was awesome!

We drove around the whole island, got attacked by monkeys (little piece of shit bastards), I got asked out by a man in uniform (thank you 3kc!), ate a whole lot of sea food and cheese (shout out to Adrienne!), saw penguins in some weird penguin-god worshipping ritual, tried not to run over pedestrians who walk in the middle of the street like little bastards, take a shitload of pictures, encountered a foot ghost...no seriously- a foot ghost, frolic around in the sea in my new swimsuit, exposed my ass to a whole a beach, try to run down a group of monkeys with the car, develop an unhealthy relationship with a...bukkit, ahem......kok besar (wink wink nudge nudge Cheesecakeerian =p), and get thrown out of a hotel.

All in all a fucking great holiday yo.

As for pictures, y'all have to wait cause I barely took photos on my own camera. Why? Cause I'm the idiot who fully charged the battery and then forgot to put it in the camera. That's why. So I have to wait for the rest to send theirs to me. Longer post later but for now the bed beckons and my legs hurts like a bitch from all that hiking.

Ta!

A massage and an extra somthin somthin......

I might have been inside a brothel today.
I'm very disturbed.

I was driving around town today searching for some stuff when I realised that there were a whole lot of spas and massage places around my area. Those that cater to full body massage, sauna, body detoxifying, etc...basically things that are up my alley. These places were everywhere so I got sidetracked from my primary mission and instead went on a spa hunting mission. I was driving around around when I saw this huge banner spread out. It says:

TRADITIONAL FULL BODY MASSAGE RM50
Operation hours 9am - 11pm

Dude, I got super excited. The cheapest I have paid for a full body massage was RM92. Yes, stress on the word "cheap". Bullshit. So when I saw "RM50" I got super excited. I can get a full body massage twice a month now. I called the place up and a woman with a thick Chinese accent answered the phone. She told me to speak in Malay coz she can't understand English. Than she told me that they have more promotion and now its actually RM45 for a one hour full body massage. Fucking RM45 for a one hour body massage. That's 47 less compared to my "cheapest" massage. I got super excited and since I was parked in front of the building I asked her if I can come in now and get one done and she's like yeah of course.

The moment I walked in I knew something was off. First of I have been to a number of spas and massages places. They always have that relaxing theme going for them. Scented candles, running water, ginger tea the whole nine yards. This place have none of that. The only thing in the reception area was the receptionist desk. Other than that it was an empty room...and she was completely alone, until I come.

Then I was like "Hey before anything, could I see your massage area. I'm very particular about comfort....". She took me to a big hall. In the hall there were like these....little cubicles. Its not a cubicle. Its more like they hang curtain in between to make each "room". The "rooms" were all about 6x5...I think. There were thin mattresses spread out on the floor of each room. And they weren't clean. Have you ever pictured in your mind how illegal immigrants of 20 live in one tiny room. Yeah, that shit. And worst of all the place, the supposedly relaxing massage place - reeks of sweat, urine and other bodily fluids. Its dodgy as hell.

I told her that I change my mind, I forgot that I have a family thing I had to get ready for. By this time my hand was in my bag clutching my pepper spray, I was very nervous. I figured if there is any sudden movement I will pepper spray this bitch and make a run for it. But she only look irritated and she told me to come back anytime. They're open until 3 in the morning.

A massage place that's open until 3 in the morning.
Rigggghhhttt.......

Before I left I noticed that behind the reception table there was another room. I took a peek inside and it was a waiting room. A blue sofa with holes in it, a number of assorted mismatched chairs and men's magazine spread out on the coffee table.

Lets put two and two together:

1) Full body massage = RM45
2) Lacks of any deco. Merely the massage cubicles and nothing else.
3) Filthy.
4) Reeks of urine, sweat and I'm pretty sure....semen.
5) Men's magazine on the coffee table.
6) Open until 3 in the morning.

Holy crap dude, I think I have single handedly discovered an erotic massage parlour. And holy crap it pretty near to home. What the fuck kind of area do I live in?!! That place was so filthy. I could feel the STD in the air. I'm not kidding you. Maybe there were like syphilis molecules still in the air and when I went in it probably gets stuck on me. Great. Now I will fucking get syphilis without actually engaging in any promiscuous premarital sex activities. Fuck.

I bolted out of the place as soon as possible. I was practically running down the stairs. Shit man. I felt filthy. Than I noticed that there was a spa across the street. The proper type like you see in shopping malls. With glass for doors and their messues in clean uniforms. I was looking at the brochures (RM 82; full body, one hour) when I asked the ladies about the place that I have been too. Then I told them that I came from there and they look scandalized. I asked if anything...dodgy goes on there. "We never been in there, but their customers usually come at night when we are closing. Round 9.30ish. Mostly men.....they have lots of China girls working there." Note, China girls as in from Mainland China.

7) Costumers come late at night.
8) Male costumers.
9) Mainland China girls.

Shit man. Does an erotic massage parlour counts as a brothel? Its still a form of sex service right so that counts. Dear God in Heaven, I was in brothel. Shiiittt.....What should I do? Should I just forget about it? Should I file a report? But last time I've checked, in Malaysia's dumbass legal system erotic massage is not a crime.

Whatever it is, all I know is that I cannot shower enough to get the filth of that place out of me. Its in my pores. Its in my hair. Fucking shampooed my hair 3 times already. I probably need to shave my head bald to get it all out. And have a check up for STD. I probably have crabs now. More logical than syphilis.

Great, I have crabs and I'm not even getting laid.

Of things that are pissing me off during the finals....

Right. You know how some people NEVER learn from their mistakes? Yeah, I am one of those people.

I have extremely thick hair. Extremely. That cutting it short is really a risky move however during my high school years I can't stand long hair so I always had it short. Because of the combination of shortness and thickness of the hair.... I went through my whole high school years looking like a mushroom. About an hour ago I went and got myself a similar haircut without realising that it will become the mushroom hair yet again.

You think the first time was painful enough....but noooooo I have to repeat it. Again. Somebody hurry go get a baseball bat and club me over the head with it. When I say head, I mean my mushroom hair head. Meh.

************************************

Allright riddle me this, since when is dressing like the goddamn Taliban is cool? Dunno what I am talking about? Here lemme show you:

Now I dunno when the hell it becomes cool but the last time I checked, those Taliban Jihad soldiers that came on CNN telling the world how they were going to decapitate the nice-white-lady-from-Oregon's head - was wearing that shit. So when did it become cool to dress like that?

Take that shit off. Wearing a vest like Justin was cool. Wearing those goddamn scarves just make you look like a douche. Just like 50 cent when he started wearing bullet proof vest and nothing else around. It ain't cool, its stupid. Therefore in conclusion if you dress like that then you are a dumbass.

********************************

"Fudge you!!"
"Fu%k"
"Brother pucker"

Okay listen up. If you wanna curse just fucking do it. Just because you swap the words around doesn't change the meaning one bit. Just because you say "Fudge you" doesn't mean you do not mean "Fuck you."

If you mean it than say it. Don't be a pussy. If you are a pussy but want to say it but yet don't want to then don't fucking say it all you sonofabitch.

See I called you a son of a bitch. I didn't swap the words around or make it sound like something else. I called you a son of a bitch. And I mean it. See the difference here? Stop trying to be cute around me. Unless you are a kitten or Ghendut- my golden hamster, you will never be cute to me.

People have to stop pissing me off. I'm already on the edge with this fucking exams.

**********************************

"hehe. saw you on grease. add me. hehe"

Listen creepy weird psycho over Facebook. I appreciate the fact that you came for the show. I'm glad that you enjoyed the show. But I don't however appreciate the fact that you track me down over Facebook asking for a friend add. I am not your friend. I am not gonna be a part of your life mission of getting 30, 000, 000 friends.

I do not friend add strangers........... Unless, of course if you are a smokin-hot-soldier-of-the-Turkish-Royal-Army-who-speaks-no-word-of-English-but-has-an-uber-tight-ass. But you are not a smokin-hot-soldier-of-the-Turkish-Royal-Army-who-speaks-no-word-of-English-but-has-an-uber-tight-ass. You are some creepy weirdo dude from college that I don't want to have anything to do with. And your ass is not even tight. I've checked.

I'm putting you on block. He he.

Voted

The Constantly Dramatic One have voted. My first time voting. With the risk of sounding like a total nerd...it was pretty exciting for me going through the whole process.

I tried to take pics of my voting place, not the ballots, but the school and a cop yelled at me. Fucker. You don't even look hot in your uniform and that's something coming from me. Fucker.

Okay, so now we wait. And hope for a better tomorrow.

KLpac: Kissing Lions Probably Ain't Cute

The Constantly Dramatic One went to the 1st ever KLpac open day last Sunday. Since you probably confuse now so let me straightened this out, it does not stands for Kissing Lions Probably Ain't cute- it stands for Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts centre. The only reason I wanted to go was because they have this backstage tour and I am very curious to see all the stuff that goes into the production of a play. Also, it was all free. I would like to write more but my damn keyboard is acting up, damn thing is spoilt. Have to go and get a new one tomorrow.

That's right, the Constantly Dramatic One uses a PC to blog. Why? Coz I'm Old Skool y'all, also because I don't own a laptop. I'm not very tech-y (if that even a word) so I figured I'm just gonna get one before I fly off but before then the PC would do just fine. When the goddamn keyboard is not acting up, that is. So since typing is bitch now thanks to the stupid keyboard ... therefore photos!!

The view of Sentul Park where KLpac is situated. First time I see it in daylight, I have never been to KLpac during the day because all the shows that I went to see were at night

The KLpac building is a blend of Old British colonial building and a modern architecture, what you're looking at is the new architecture. Glorious isn't it?

Hey!! 3kc blends in with the painting. Outfit coordination, the Constantly Dramatic One approves.

Seemed like a good idea to pose like this at that point. Seemed. Didn't know it gonna turn out like I was humping the wall............ seriously. Just to clarify here, walls do not turn me on. And yes, I know I have a giant ass. Thanks for pointing that out. Appreciate it.

Ahhhhh, reflection photos are my forte.

This was some performance arts *cough* retarded *cough* show that involves ballet and pole dancing at the same time. Apparently, it was supposed to signify something or other. Apparently. 3kc and I wasn't artsy fartsy enough to get it.

We went to a Flamenco Dance workshop. After we did some hip swaying, toes tapping and all the other stuff, it was a safe bet to say that neither of us will ever become a Flamenco dancer.

The view of Pentas 1 (Stage 1) from above. Not that big, only 104 seats. Nothing compared to the Ford Oriental Theatre .

The different kind of lights they use on stage. We did some dumbass camwhoring around these lights. It was one of the highlights of the day. The camwhoring I mean.

The moment I have been waiting fooooorrr: the

DRESSING ROOM.

They only have those boring lights on top of the mirror, I was hoping for those light bulbs that goes AROUND the mirror, you know, like this but nooooo they only have these boring ones. And stupid KLpac people didn't even turn on the lights so that we can see the full effect. Backstage tour my ass. What a let down.

This microphone was in the prop and costume display. I swear it was calling out my name. It was like "Come CD, come and answer your caaaaalllling............."

Owl One to Owl Two: "There is a spy among us."

This thing was at the back of the building. I dunno whether management wanted it there or it comes together with the colonial part of the building. Au natural? It was HUGE and strangely beautiful in its own way. Actually to tell you the truth, this giant plant was the best thing in the whole KLpac, sure the place is beautiful and all that but the people working there weren't that friendly. They were kinda standoff-ish.

Here you see some uuuhhhh random person who happen to own the same bag as me, trying to climb the thing in an attempt to reenact a scene from Jack and the Beanstalk. Mission failed. Why? Her ass was too big. Hers, not mine.

Alright that's all for now. Will get a new keyboard and will bitch more.

Fo sho'

Its all in the blood

My arm hurts like a bitch.

My left arm, can't even straightened it properly or carry my giant bag, the one that I carry for class. I have loads of shit in my bag ok, I like to carry my whole house in my bag. I'm like Doraemon but more fashionable. Anyways the reason why my arm hurts is coz I donated blood yesterday.

Unlike the government who is in the process of sucking this country dry of our resources and inflating the market with shitty economics and a "leader" who enjoys napping waaaay too much, I actually like to do some good for society. So instead of taking away money from unsuspecting 'rakyats' by sending a suspiciously good looking dude to space and saying that its national pride, the Constantly Dramatic One actually likes to give. I usually like to help the economy by shopping but seeing that I recently had a revelation and had been cut off so I decided to help out in another way instead. And that's by donating blood.

I have litres of it. Just like you.

Yesterday Munkao and I actually dragged our asses to a blood donation centre at University Hospital in KL. We had no trouble searching for the place but searching for a parking spot is a motherfucking bitch. People just parked their cars everywhere, maneuvering the damn parking lot is like driving the F1 circuit. I'm serious. But the retarded, highly annoying version of the F1 circuit. UH seriously have to look into their whole parking planning because it a dumb ass planning therefore I suggest they come up with a better one.

You know UH is huuuge, I never realised how huge it is until I have to walk from one end to the other because we got lost and we couldn't find the Blood Donation place. Asked a couple of very bitchy nurses but none of the was helpful. Just gave me a dirty look. I always get dirty looks when I go out with Munkao coz he's Chinese and I'm Malay. People assume we're dating- we're not, we're just friends that hangs out buuuuttt noooooo God Forbids there's a Malay girl and Chinese guy out and about together.

Racial diversity my ass.

We finally found the place and it was surreal. There were actually friendly and nice government medical personals in there. I was taken aback when one of them smiled at me and asked how I was. I'm so used to government personals telling me to fuck off at the post office, the immigration office and so on and so forth that it took me a while to adjust to the friendly ones. It was weird ok. I think they were just grateful there were people who want to donate blood for free of charge. That, or they were collectively high on something...if that's the case, that must be some gooood shit.

Anyways they made us filled up some forms even though I already have the Blood Donor book seeing that this is my third time doing this but procedure is procedure. Then this dude, poked my finger with a pin to make sure what my blood type is even though its already stated in my book that I'm a B+ . Ass. I bet he's sadistic and he get a kick out of poking peoples' fingers with pins.

This is not the Constantly Dramatic One's short and stumpy fingers you are looking at, its Munkao's during the blood type test.

A nurse then made me laid down in the chair so that she can poked me with her giant ass syringe or something. I would describe the process but I can't coz I wasn't looking. I closed my eyes and read some prayers because I'm a pussy like that. I didn't hurt that bad but still...It was a giant ass syringe ok. When the tube is already in you and you see your blood travels through the tube into the bag...its kinda cool. Eerily cool. As I was watched my blood travelling from my vein into the bag...I realised how much I miss Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

This is the only pic I managed to take with only one hand, its damn hard to manoeuvre when you have tubes sticking out of you. That's my blood in the tubes you're looking at.

I had a conversation with the nurse who poked me with her giant ass needle and apparently they have an average of about 20-30 people coming to donate blood each day. That's not really a big number and our blood bank is drying because not many people are donating. She told me that a lot of people die every year because they couldn't replace the amount of blood that they lost and the blood bank are not able to provide these unfortunate souls with the sufficient amount that they need.

Its all very sad that people have to die because healthy individuals are either too lazy to donate or have an unfounded fear in regards to donating blood. Its just one poke people, hurts a bit but not that much. But hey the Constantly Dramatic One isn't here to preach. But you know what's comforting to know? The knowledge that someone you love might need blood transfusion one day and because you had helped out in the past, they might just be saved.

I'm just sayin...

A whole bag of my blood. I wonder if the person who gets this will be as dramatic as I am? Hhhmmmm...

Film Nerds.

It sucks being broke, but there are such thing as 'deserving, fulfilling broke'.

My current predicament is such as that.

There's a French Film Festival goin on is a local cinema here, well okies, in GSC. And being the wannabe-artsy-fartsy-pretentious-snob/poser that I am, I just have to go watch it. Hey, just because I'm a poser, doesn't mean that I don't enjoy art house and/or international movies ok. I am all about that daaaahhling. Watching an art house movie or an international movie that requires reading the subtitles (yes, I'm talking to you, you Lazy) is an expansion of the mind. There are other things that are better than the mainstream garbage that Hollywood churns out every year. Pirates of the Caribbean? I won't touch that with a 40feet pole. I admire the revenue that it must bring in but I mock the non-intellectuality of that ...'movie'.

More like garbage, really.

Now, excuse me while I go find a place to hide as millions of POTC fans come after me with pitchforks screaming "Burn the witch at the stake!! She mocks o' holy POTC! Blasphemy!".

I plan to watch only one film which is Hors de Prix (Priceless), so I called up Cheesecakeerian to see if she wanna join me and she said that she would. She lives around the area so its easy to get to there. Something that I am forever jealous of. The fact that she lives near my favourite shopping mall and that she even do her grocery shopping there. And I live in, literally, another town. I'm serious, it takes me half an hour to drive from home to college everyday. That's not including rush hour traffic.

Rush hour traffic is a bitch.

That film is excellent by the way and the then we decided that we gonna watch another French film- Mon Meilleur Ami (My Best Friend). Not as good as the first one coz its slow but towards the end, its some heartwarming stuff. I was tearing a bit in the cinema. HAHAHA. After that we watched another film- La Science de Reves (The Science of Sleep). This is my favourite one out the three. Surrealism at its very best. So that's 3 films in a row. Yup.
In one day.

Hey, some people drink. Some people do drugs. Some people, mainly film nerds, watch 3 films in a row. Coz that's what film nerds do.Plus its not like the French Film Festival is around for a long time, its like here for only 10 days and they're showing 7 films only. So 3 out of 7 is good.

I heart international flicks.

Because of that 3 films in a row, I am now broke. Lovely. But its worth it. Next up is the Japanese Film Festival... think I'm gonna do 4 in a row for that. Heh.

Btw, I'll be writing movie reviews of the 3 movies I've seen in the weeks to come. Because on top of being a an artsy-fartsy-pretentious-snob, I am also a movie critic ;-p
